Lord of the Ringers

Thranduil and the little Leaf <3

I love twins, as I've already probably established. And now we've got Elladan and Elrohir pulling a Hitachiin. Can life get better?

JB <3

Joooooooooooooooooonassssssssssssssssssssss!
Ahahahah sorry, I'm back into them hardcore after the concert last night. I have bunches and bunches of JB comics, but there are wayyy too many to post here. Maybe a few favorites...

This is one of my favorite ones, both how it turned out and how fun it was to draw. :)

Ahahaa Joe the emo cherub.

I love a good fruit joke. Poor Kevo.

My friend just gave me one. Only it wasn't autographed. I'll still shank a ho for trying to take it, though. :P
Then, there's my attempt at a manga based on 'I Won't Be Falling'...
Aaaaand, Ren's birthday card. I had a LOT of fun with this.

Baaad

Oooh, have I been bad...I missed two days and only had an excuse for one (yesterday I went to a Jonas concert). I'll make up for it later with at least two posts, including a doodle one (if the desktop computer ever gets turned on...).

Later x

Photos

More photos. I need to work on composition, perspectives, and making the shots more interesting.

Steph and Kris. I like the expressions, hahaha.

Playing around with Photoshop, on a picture of Sarah we spent probably twenty minutes trying to time.

iSketch

...I do. A lot. Well, not really. I usually clean them up. But some of them are just better the way they are, uninked and only tweaked a little in Photoshop so they show up better.

A page in my sketchbook of a manga version of 'I Won't Be Falling'. Taken with my camera cause I'm a lazy mother effer. :)
This drawing has to be lucky: drawn in a sketchbook bought at Monet's home and drawn on a bus in France...that's unique for me hahaha. It's older, so the anatomy is questionable, but I remember being uber-proud of the hair. Still pretty much am.

Weirdest effin' pose everr, but I like the rest of it. I like poofy dresses. :)

Now this one was sitting around in Photoshop since a few weeks ago, and I thought I'd clean it up a little. Then I threw in some 60-second, trippy coloring to...complete it?

Lily

Lily is...well, my most-used OC. She started in the LotR fandom and has made appearances in Twilight and now Transformers. It's just nice to have a character I like already created and able to be used where I need her. I feel like she's a real person sometimes haha, a combination of me and someone much funnier than me. :)

The first Lily picture I've ever done. It's now the cover-ish thing for 'Somewhere in the Middle', the LotR fanfic that she first appeared in. It's over 150 pages in Word and (eventually) still going.

Lily and Legolas, reunited in Valinor. She's such a Mary Sue, but what are you gonna do? She's the outlet for all those tendencies, and still manages to be likeable.

I'm really proud of this one, and for once I don't care that there's no background. I just like the color of the dress and how the lilies in her hair turned out. The mouth is screwed up, though.

The family. <3 Legolas, Lily, and then the twins Aerien and Daeron, and baby Neneth.

Lily and her youngest, Neneth.

Lily as a lady of Ithilien, her home with Legolas and the kids under Eowyn and Faramir's rule.

This one has the makings of a one shot...
Without a Sound, We Lose Sight of the Ground
Some of the things he adored most about her were the small details: the vague accent she still retained from her home, that one curl that would never stay pulled back in her pins, the way she wrinkled her nose when she was thinking hard. The way her eyes shone when she laughed. The way her self-constructed walls fell down to let him in during these rare moments of peace.
Granted, during a war like the one they had just survived, moments of peace were few and far between. So they were cherished all the more poignantly in their rarity. Yet once evil was purged from the land, the sudden calm didn’t lose its perfection. He was, for once, able to let down his guard, lower his surveillance, and leave the weapons behind to enjoy time with loved ones.
No one missed that the most time spent was with her. It was becoming increasingly obvious, to the point where he had a feeling she was perfectly aware of it as well. But there was something about her, something magnetic; once he met the fumbling young girl those many months back, he had been irrevocably attached. And he was fine with that.
She fascinated him. Though he was no expert on mortals, she seemed unique even for the race of Man. He couldn’t imagine there being another woman like her, but that was a painful thought process that lead to the ever-present knowledge that someday he would have to be without her.
Those thoughts were better left for starless nights, staring up at the black sky asking the powers that be for some justification for it all. Now, he was content to focus on the vision of red curls and blue silk next to him, still wonderfully alive and smiling at him.
She stretched out on the grass, her hair billowing around her like a burning halo. A warm hand found his between the two of them, and gave it a light squeeze. The soft touch sent sparks up and down his arm. He wondered if she felt the same.
With a delighted ‘oh!’, she proceeded to raise a hand (to his amusement, the one still clasped in his own) to the brilliant blue sky to point out a cloud that looked rather like a rabbit. He listened and watched as she sought out a menagerie of other downy animals drifting overhead.
“That one…well, that one looks like a leaf!”
He turned his head just as she turned hers. A smile lit her face.
I love this one. Glorfindel and Erestor are love. <3

And this one is my ultimate favorite. The angle, the coloring, the fact that I managed to make the male Elves (Elrond and Thranduil) actually look vaguely male, and the very idea of it: Lily's adas, both adoptive and through marriage.

Harry Pottaaaa

Since I was bored at work today and yesterday, I started re-reading the Harry Potter series. I'm almost done with the first book, and I thought I'd post two of my HP comics for today's update. That, and the movie comes out in two days.

This was spawned by a Facebook group of the same name as what's written on the hand in the last panel. I just hate Umbridge so much. No words for that hate.
:)

And this is just fun. Doesn't make sense to anyone not in it, but still fun. Band geeks and Mary Sues and world takeovers, oh my!
